Terms of use
Last updated October 20, 2026
By using Find the AI you agree to these terms. They're short, so please read them.
What Find the AI is, and isn't
Find the AI estimates how likely a photo or video is to have been made by AI. Results are probabilities produced by a machine-learning model. They can be wrong, and they are not legal, forensic or expert evidence. Don't rely on a verdict alone to make decisions that affect someone's rights, safety, reputation or livelihood.
Your content
- Only submit photos, videos and links you have the right to share with us.
- You keep all rights to your content. You give us permission to process it solely to provide the service: to check it and to show you (and anyone you share a report with) the result.
Acceptable use
- No illegal content, including any content that sexualises minors. We report it to the authorities.
- No using reports to harass, defame or target people.
- No attempts to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or get around limits of the service.
- Automated or high-volume use needs the API, once it opens.
Reports and sharing
Report links are unlisted but public: anyone with the link can view it. Delete a report at any time from its page.
Paid plans
When paid plans open, they'll renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Find the AI isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on a verdict.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and tell subscribers about material changes. Questions: hello@findtheai.app.
